Immigrations Assessment

We offer a process specifically designed to help you successfully submit your immigration applications. With our online psychological interviews, you can apply for a waiver, victims of domestic violence (VAWA), visas for victims of serious crimes (U visas), visas for victims of human trafficking (T visas), asylum applications, and Cancellation of Removal for people in deportation proceedings.

The evaluation process is simple and comfortable, since all the interviews are carried out online, without the need for you to leave your home. Each interview lasts 50 minutes.

For the first interview, we will ask you for the contact information of your legal team to coordinate details of the report and ensure that it includes all the relevant information that your legal team deems important. We'll also send them the psychologist's certifications so they can add them to your presentation.

Once you have completed the interviews, you will receive a psychological evaluation report in English that you can present to USCIS (United States Citizenship and Immigration Services) together with your legal advisors. This report has been designed to meet all certifications and qualifications required for your application.

The entire assessment process usually takes 2-3 weeks, depending on the time you need to complete the interviews.

We make the following reports

• Psychological Evaluation for Asylum (I-589 and I-730)

• U VISA Psychological Evaluation (I-192)

• Psychological evaluation for VAWA (I-485 and I-360)

• Evaluación psicológica para VAWA (I-485 e I-360)
